How Our Legal Page Aligns

Consistent Jurisdictional Language
All sibling policy pages (Terms, Privacy, Payment) use the same 'supported regions' framework so your account rules don't shift between sections.
Payment Method Clarity Across Pages
DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS are referenced the same way in Legal, Payment Policy, and Help Centre so you understand payment scope everywhere.
Dispute Language Unified
Dispute timelines and escalation steps are documented identically in this Legal page and our Payment Policy so there is no contradiction.
Account Closure Terms Matched
Account suspension and permanent closure procedures are stated the same way here and in our full Terms of Service for consistency.
Data Security Policy Linked
Our data handling and encryption standards appear both here and in the Privacy Policy with identical scope and regional compliance notes.
Support Escalation Paths Aligned
The contact pathways and response timelines referenced in this Legal page match what we promise in our general Help Centre.
Regional Footnotes Consistent
All references to 'where local law permits' and 'supported regions' use the same legal framing across every policy and help document.

What Defines Our Approach

01
Plain-Language Terms Our account policies are written for you to understand, not buried in legal jargon. Each section explains what it means for your account access and payments.
02
Indonesia-First Payment Design We built our payment legal framework around DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS because these methods are how you move money. Our policy reflects their operational timelines.
03
Dispute Timelines You Can Track When a payment issue arises, we give you a specific timeline for investigation and resolution. No vague 'we'll look into it' — you see exactly where it stands.
04
No Hidden Account Fees All account-related charges, hold periods, and withdrawal caps are documented upfront. You will not encounter surprise deductions or undisclosed restrictions.
05
Your Data, Your Control We explain exactly what data we collect, how long we keep it, and who can access it. You have the right to request deletion or export of your personal information.
06
Jurisdiction-Specific Rules We do not apply one-size-fits-all terms. Your account jurisdiction determines which specific legal rules apply — this is made clear at signup and throughout.

Legal Questions We Hear

Your account is registered under the jurisdiction of the region you selected at signup. This determines which specific account terms, payment rules, and dispute processes apply. You can verify your account jurisdiction in Settings. If you need clarification on how local law affects your access, our support team can walk you through it.

Yes. We integrate with these payment providers through formal compliance agreements. Each method is encrypted, audit-tracked, and compliant with regional payment regulations. Your transaction data is separated from your account data and handled per provider security standards, not ours alone.

You can request permanent account closure at any time through our Help Centre. We will freeze your account, process any pending withdrawal requests, and retain your data per regional legal requirements (usually 7 years for financial records). Reactivation after closure is not permitted.

We retain your account data for the duration of your account plus a legal hold period per your jurisdiction (typically 7 years for financial compliance). After that, we securely delete it unless law requires us to keep it longer. You can request a data export or deletion anytime within legal limits.

If you report a payment or account issue, we open an investigation within 24 hours. We will contact you with findings within 7 business days. If unresolved, you can escalate to our Legal Team email for formal dispute review. Timelines and evidence are documented throughout.

casatoto operates in supported regions as determined by local law. We do not offer services where prohibited. If you travel outside your registered jurisdiction, your account may be restricted. Check our Help Centre for a list of supported regions, or contact support to confirm access in your location.

Contact our Legal Team via email with details of your dispute. We will escalate it to our compliance officer within 48 hours. You will receive a formal written response within 14 days with our decision and reasoning. If still unresolved, regional consumer protections may apply.
